Delivery Policy
Marquesa Marine casting platforms and all small parts ship via UPS. Most orders for small parts and in stock casting platforms ship within three days. Casting platforms that are not in stock typically ship within three weeks. Push poles ordered as built-to-ship kits typically ship within three days. Push poles ordered with hand delivery in Florida are delivered within 30 days. Please give us a call or send us a message if you have any questions about the delivery of any of our products.
Return/Refund Policy
Marquesa Marine products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, in the original packaging, and unused condition. Marquesa Marine products may not be returned with any signs of use. All returns will be evaluated upon receipt by Marquesa Marine before a refund is issued. The original shipping charges will not be refunded in the case of a return. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. The return request form on the “Product Information” page of our website must be submitted prior to mailing any items for return. Marquesa Marine will respond with a return authorization number upon receipt of a completed return request form.
Warranty Policy
Marquesa Marine warrants all products to be free from defects in workmanship and materials, under normal use and conditions, for a period of one (1) year from the original ship date. Marquesa Marine agrees, at its discretion, to repair or replace any product that exhibits a defect in workmanship or materials during the warranty period. Products damaged by abuse, negligence, misuse, or use in applications other than those intended for the product are not covered under this warranty. Damage to Marquesa Marine casting platforms caused by excessive turnbuckle tension is not covered under warranty. Push poles that are damaged from stake out, improper use, or accident are not covered under warranty. Please fill out the warranty request form to submit a warranty request.
